Architectural Designer | Architect

TIEK BYDAY is a multidisciplinary studio fashioning high-concept experiences through architecture and interior design. We are a collaborative, detail-driven team that values strong design, clear communication, and a balanced, supportive work culture.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a full-time, in-person position at our Baton Rouge headquarters.

  • A degree in Architecture or a related design field
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience post-graduation
  • Construction Administration experience
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across all project phases
  • Experience or interest in residential or hospitality design
  • Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
